We are super excited about our next Poppi Seed Market and we’d love for you to join us!  We’re here for all the talented, handmade peeps; local, small shops; vintage and upcycled gems; and super fun creatives.

We are currently popping up with our retail collective so we have a mixture of retail, pop-in, and mini market maker opportunities.

Interested in being a maker? Read over our maker opportunities and fill out an open application below! If applications are closed, sign up for our mailing list. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at poppiseedmarket@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are looking for open-air applications, they are currently on hold until we find a venue that fits our needs. Please join our mailing list where we will send new market details first.

MAKER OPPORTUNITIES

Our goal for our retail collectives is to offer a curated shopping experience similar to that of our open-air markets.  We want to showcase local goods, handcrafted gifts, and festive wares.  This happens in a variety of ways including maker booths, pop ups, in-store mini markets, seasonal sales, and workshops.  Below you’ll find info for being a maker in the P.S. Collective at Woodbury Town Center in Irvine, Ca.

Retail Collective Shop Details

Our retail pop up shop has limited space open for new makers for our two month term extension.

We are looking for apparel, kid’s/babies, pet treats, and home goods, but our waitlist is open for everything.

We have booths, boutique space, and very limited consignment options available where makers are subject to rent and/or a commission on sales.

All options run on a central checkout platform where you are not present with your items/booth, sales are made for you by the Market team, and you are charged rent and/or commission for your sales, with a monthly payout.

Retail Collective Mini Market Details

Another option for being a part of the Collective is through an in-store Mini Markets.  Mini Markets are for a temporary time frame (usually about two weeks) and makers will use Market-provided fixtures for their wares.  Depending on the fixture, the Market may merchandise for the maker.

Mini Markets will run on a central checkout platform where you are not present with your items/booth, sales are made for you by the Market team, and you are charged a flat fee and/or commission for your sales, with a payout one week after the Mini Market is over.

Retail Collective Pop-in Details

We know that having a retail booth can sometimes be daunting and you might be used to setting up and doing your own thing, so popping in with us for the day is another option.  This is great if you have limited availability or limited stock and can’t commit to a longer term.

Open to one or a few makers at a time, we offer our shop patio for around 4 hours on the weekend during our regular shop hours. We also have dates in the shop for special events that you can pop-in for. You set up, collect your own sales, and break down like a tradition market, but on a smaller scale.

Pop-in’s will be charged a flat fee and/or be asked to provide a giveaway item, but as makers collect their own sales there will be no commission or payout required.

Retail Collective Workshop Details

Are you are a creative? We’d love to have you teach a workshop with us!

Our space is limited to 12 seats (unless the patio is available) and up to 3 hours for set-up, teaching, and breakdown.  We also take care of ticket sales, graphics, and payouts.

All you need to do is have a fun idea, some photos, and the interest to share your craft!
